Delivery Informations

Creative Fair (Imbi) Sdn Bhd aims to deliver within the time frame upon purchase.

Delivery within Malaysia is usually around 1 week.

International delivery will take around 2 weeks – 4 weeks.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, cost, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. At Creative Fair, all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday by using Pos Laju. Orders will be processed on the next day and customer will be receiving the order within stipulated working days except public holiday.
